ACCEPTING WHAT YOU CAN'T UNDERSTAND

As hard as it is, some things we have to learn to accept - even when we cannot understand them.

If, given our best efforts, we are unable to change them, improve them or fix them -

we can simply accept them so that we may move on.

Why did they do us like that? What did we do to deserve that? Why have we been mistreated so?

No, it wasn't fair. No, it wasn't right. No, it doesn't make you happy. It may not even feel good to give in.

We acknowledge and agree with the reasons to fight back. All valid.

The problem is, in the end, the most damage is being done to you.

The offender has gone on to the next victim.

They don't care that you are bitter, hurt, sad, and depressed.

They are satisfied, happy, and enjoying themselves, still.

Don't continue to waste time on things and people who are not worth the effort.

What we cannot change, give it over to GOD.

Who we cannot change, turn them over to GOD.

DON'T WASTE EFFORT ON WHAT WILL NOT BENEFIT OR HELP ANYONE, INCLUDING YOU.

Newsflash: It is - WHAT IT IS.

So, what are we going to do about it?

- Trust GOD.

He promised to fight our battles. He said, vengeance was His to repay ... and He will.

- Have FAITH.

Faith is believing what you cannot see, when you cannot see it.

Let us trust God and have Faith in what we believe, but maybe we cannot put our fingers on.

We can't trace it, but - Accept it, anyhow.

How in the world?

By making up our minds to have a made-up mind.

By setting our mind on things above, higher thoughts.

Elevate our minds to raise our levels of thinking, thereby increasing our tolerance,

yet we are discerning where the line gets drawn and when enough is enough.

That's a lot, but God is Big and he can handle our "lots".

Sometimes, we have to cut our losses which can become our gains. Because even when we do not understand, we know it is somehow still working for our good.

Once we accept what we do not understand, we can cast that care away and move on to ...

have joy, experience peace, live abundantly, produce some good fruit -

all because we are healed,

we are restored and

the final result is ...

we are prospering.
