Got To Have Faith

We know the Bible has much to say about Faith.
However ... reading about it, confessing it and believing it, is one thing. But it takes a whole new turn when it's time to practice it.
When our faith goes on Display ... Does it look like Faith or Does it look like something else?
Maybe, it looks like "disguised doubt". Or does it look like, "I'm going to wait and see what happens before I tell you - I believed it all the while"?
Maybe it looks like, "I have faith, but I wasn't really sure about the outcome."
The truth is, we have all had doubts and unbelief at times.
We have experienced weak moments when what we saw, did not look like what we were looking for.
We can remember times when the picture and the words and the thoughts all appeared different from each other, when we were in a place so dark, we couldn't tell if our eyes were wide open or closed shut.
Who has not experienced being counted out, only to realize they were tottering on the verge of going in.
Maybe you were about to throw in the towel when a major breakthrough was just on the other side of that "Hallelujah".
When we are most challenged, that is when we have got to have faith.
Faith, after all, is when we believe what we cannot see, but we expect it to happen nevertheless (my definition).
We must have unhesitating faith, like when Mary told the servants at the wedding, "Do as he says" and they didn't ask questions but moved without hesitation.
We must have unshakeable faith that causes us to remain steadfast and unmoveable when our world is crumbling beneath us,
We must have unwavering faith like James talks about when he says, "do not waver" because a double-minded man is unstable in all his ways.
We must have unyielding faith, not giving in or up or out because no temptation has seduced us that is unique and does not have a way of escape.
We must have unbelievable faith, like when we don't know HOW He's going to do it or even IF He will do it, but declare we know HE IS ABLE to do it.
Without Faith, it is impossible to please God. With faith, all things are possible.
We've got to have faith - not to climb the mountain or even to move the mountain, but faith to speak to the mountain - to command it to move thither, from hence to there.
We Got To Have Faith!
That is All.
Blessings!
