BACK ON TRACK

Ever feel as if your life has de-railed? Nothing is running smoothly?

Feels as if your train has come off the tracks and run aground...

You're trying to move upon the wrong surface, in a space or place you were not meant to be operational?

As the time changes, I have likewise declared that it’s also time for me to make some changes to get back on track.

The immediate questions - how do I do this? where do I begin?

Using a train as our example, I found there are steps that must take place to correct the situation.

1 - Find out where you ran off course. Review your path. When did things begin to go awry?

2 - Back up to that point of identification. Pinpoint the action that derailed you.

3 - Correct the mistake, the fault, the offense. Dismiss the source. Don’t be scared. Deal with it! (If you need help – Get it.)

4 - Forge ahead. Don’t be distracted by what’s on either side of you.

5 - Confidently, move out in faith. Pick up speed as all the cars begin to line up and get in place. Don’t be in a hurry. Moving too fast will derail the locomotive. Move at your own pace. Find your rhythm.

Using a train as encouragement, I remember ‘The Little Train that Could’ and I encourage myself.

"I think I can, I think I can!"
